Reflect & Grow
Target’s annual national conference is more than a meeting. It’s a full week dedicated to awards, fun, celebrations, tributes to the Target brand and more. We were tasked with designing and producing all on-site floor concepts, signage, and other deliverables. With overwhelmingly positive feedback, we were able to provide the employees with an opportunity to reflect, grow, and have a good time, setting the stage to increase year-over-year performance.
